How we use your information.

Short version: we use what you send us to reply and, if you become a customer, to run the service. We do not sell it.

The office you visit and write to is Unit 68, Merlin House, Fareham Innovation Centre, Meteor Way, Lee-on-the-Solent, PO13 9FU.

The registered office on Companies House is Lewis House, Great Chesterford Court, Great Chesterford, Essex, CB10 1PF. That is our accountant’s address, not the trading office.

What we collect

From this website, only what you type into a form or an email: name, phone number, email address, how many users you have, and the message. Those forms open your mail app and send to info@saphiresolutions.co.uk. We do not run a separate form database on this site.

If you become a customer we also hold what we need to support you — contacts, sites, devices, licences and tickets. The customer portal at customers.saphiresolutions.co.uk is a separate system with its own login.

The site stores a light/dark preference on your device. That does not need a cookie banner.

If you click Accept on the banner, we load Microsoft Clarity. Clarity sets cookies and records how pages are used (including a session recording) so we can see what is broken or ignored. If you click Reject, Clarity does not run. You can change that by clearing the site data for this domain and visiting again.

Why we hold it

To answer an enquiry, to quote, and to deliver IT support, phones or broadband if you ask us to. For customers that is a contract. For a first email it is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacted us.

Suppliers we use to deliver the work — for example Microsoft, Voiceflex or Openreach — only get what they need for that service.

How long

Enquiry emails that do not become work are not kept longer than we need them. Customer records stay for the life of the contract and for as long as the law requires after that (accounts and tax, in particular).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no reason to keep it. Email info@saphiresolutions.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
